The Problem
Schools struggled with disconnected systems for student records, attendance, grades, communication, and fee management. Manual processes led to inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and poor parent-teacher communication. Schools needed an integrated platform to streamline all operations.
My Approach
Designed and built a comprehensive SaaS platform using Next.js and TypeScript for the frontend, with a robust Node.js backend. Implemented role-based dashboards for administrators, teachers, students, and parents. Created modules for student enrollment, attendance tracking, grade management, timetable generation, fee collection, real-time notifications, and parent-teacher communication portal. Integrated payment gateways for online fee payment and automated report card generation.
The Result
Successfully deployed to 500+ private and public schools, reducing administrative workload by 60%. Improved parent-teacher communication with 95% engagement rate.
